For
riders wanting maximum performance from their bikes there is
no better way to achieve it than by installing a Two
Brothers Racing (TBR) exhaust system. This not only adds
horsepower but drops unnecessary weight from the bike. On
the other hand not everyone has a big budget and that is why
we offer our slip-on and flange-on exhaust systems. They
provide many of the same performance benefits as our full
exhaust system but at a budget friendly price level.
Your specific bike will determine whether you need a slip-on
or flange-on exhaust system.

This system completely
replaces your existing exhaust system. This not only adds
horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your
bike. We build our header systems as a complete unit. This
costs more to produce and ship than the competition’s
"U-assemble with springs" systems on the market
today but we think it's worth the extra effort. Our finished
system flows better at the collectors, makes more power and
does not vibrate on the bike.
Stainless
Steel Headers
Our superbike stainless
steel headers are manufactured from .035" thin wall
stainless steel. We then polish them to a mirror finish*.
The ductile quality of stainless steel makes it possible to
produce extremely light and strong headers.
We use only premium #304 stainless which will never rust and
after a few heat cycles will turn a golden amber color which
is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless
steel. Pound for pound stainless steel outperforms any other
header material currently made, including titanium, for
light weight, strength and durability. This type of canister
can be mounted in the original position or in a “high”
mounted position depending on the bike and our available
applications.
*Stainless steel headers
for some fully faired bikes will feature our mill finish
(unpolished) stainless steel headpipes but will have a
highly polished stainless steel "s-bend” connector
pipe.
Chrome
Plated Mild Steel Headers
Our chrome
plated steel headers (available on select bike models) are
manufactured from .049" lightweight structural steel
tubing which has been polished, nickel plated and then
chrome plated to the highest SAE J207 standard. All joints
are MIG welded for strength and beauty.
This type of
system replaces your existing “s-bend” pipe and exhaust
canister. Our s-bends are manufactured from .035" thin
wall stainless steel. We then polish them to a mirror
